My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, although there was a heavy aroma that was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ready to assist with any requests. I was very happy with my stay at Sunway Clio Hotel. The rooms were super clean and sanitized, in good condition, but I personally found the bed uncomfortable leading to a backache. However, the location was great, right next to a big mall with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was professional and helpful, and the array of cuisine offered in the restaurant was fantastic although a bit pricey.

I loved the bright and clean rooms, although I would have preferred my extra bed to be positioned beside the window. The furniture was amazing, and the location was very convenient, being close to the water park which was very considerate.
